Facebook Community Rules:

🏆This group is a place for highly motivated students and their parents to power together to brainstorm, encourage, and inspire one another as you build on your college admissions strategy! Together, we will be walking through your high school years planning and preparing to apply to college, supporting one another, and troubleshooting when we get stuck.

🎉 We have built this community to support and educate. We want to make sure it’s a safe space and preserves the quality of the group at all times, which is why we have developed these rules and enforce them on a daily basis.

With that being said, let’s dive in…

🌟NO SELF PROMO

No self-promotion is allowed. What do we consider self-promotion?

  • Selling Anything – products, services, courses, events, and programs…anything that feeds your bottom line.
  • No promoting your webinar, live broadcast, or event.
  • No posting affiliate links.
  • No posting your own content in the group and not in a specific (and relevant) thread
  • No posting “free” offers of your own product or service

🏆BE KIND

We live by the Golden Rule in this group: If you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say anything at all. We do not allow rants, calling people out, or complaints around how someone chooses to build or grow their college admissions strategy. Just be nice. It’s that simple.

🙅🏻‍♀️ NO POSTING OF VIDEOS

This is a big no-no! No posting or sharing your own videos (live or pre-recorded) – whether it’s from your personal profile, your FB page, your YouTube account, or your website. The ONLY exception is when you are asked to share motivational, instructional, inspirational or downright funny videos.

Provide genuine and helpful feedback and suggestions to others.

Ask questions.

Give answers.

Be the kind of supportive friend that you would want and need on your admissions journey.

We reserve the right to delete comments (and members) without warning.

As with any private facebook group, your results may vary from from other members and these consumer testimonials. Your results will be based on many variables, such as your level of effort, GPA, test scores, extracurricular activities, personal qualities, knowledge, skills, time commitment, and a host of other factors. Since these factors differ for each individual, we cannot guarantee your success, results, or admission into any college. Nor, are we responsible for your success or failure; or admission, deferral, waitlisted or denial into a college. This private facebook group is not a “quick scheme or easy way to complete your applications.” It takes lots of time, effort, and dedication. We believe that we provide you with the skills, knowledge, and training to achieve your desired results. Results vary by individuals, effort and circumstances.

  1. Fees and Charges:
  2. Monthly Subscribers. As a subscriber, you are charged by the Company a monthly (or other periodic) fee upfront (and initial fixed or starter fee if applicable at the time). You agree to pay, using a valid credit card (or other form of payment which we may accept from time to time), such fees, applicable taxes, and other charges and fees incurred in order to use or access your subscription. The Company reserves the right to increase fees, or to institute new fees at any time, upon advance notice communicated to you through a posting on the Website, in the Apps, or such other means as we may deem appropriate (including email or conventional mail). In addition to the fees the Company charges you, you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with signing up for and using your subscription (if applicable–including without limitation all telephone access lines (including long-distance charges, when applicable), internet service provider fees, telephone and computer equipment, sales taxes and any other fees and charges necessary to access or use the Offerings, the Website and/or Apps). Your subscription will start as soon as your credit card is successfully charged. You may upgrade to an annual subscription at any time.

For monthly subscribers, after your payment for your initial billing period, the Company will automatically charge your credit card (or other account, if applicable) at the start of each renewal period, unless you have cancelled your subscription before you are charged for the relevant renewal period. The renewal charge will be the same as the prior period’s charge, unless we notify you at the time of sign-up or prior to the beginning of the renewal period as described above, or if you were previously signed up for a discount rate for which you are no longer eligible or a savings plan — in which case your subscription will automatically be renewed at our standard subscription rates and for our standard period (usually monthly). If the Company offers you the choice to purchase another available savings plan, and you wish to purchase such savings plan, you must notify us before you are charged for the next subscription period.

Each time you log onto the private facebook group, participate in Live Q&A, download free pdfs, etc. you reaffirm your agreement that the Company may charge your credit card (or other form of payment, if applicable). In the event the Company cannot charge your account, we reserve the right to terminate your subscription. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete information as required by the sign-up process (“Subscription Data”), including your legal name, address, telephone number, email address and applicable billing information (e.g., credit card number and expiration date), and to allow us to share your Subscription Data with third parties for the purpose of verifying the information you provide and billing your credit card or otherwise charging your account. You agree to maintain and promptly update the Subscription Data and any other information you provide to us. Without limiting any other provision of this Agreement, if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such is the case, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription, and if applicable, your user account, and refuse any and all current or future use and/or access by you of the Offerings, all the Company services/products, the Website and/or Apps (or any portion thereof).

  1. Cancellation and Refunds:
  2. Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription by contacting Customer Service at [email protected]. The Company will attempt to process all cancellation requests promptly, provided that you send your request via the email. From time to time, we may have special, discounted multi-month recurring bill commitment plans with predetermined early termination fees in lieu of our standard cancellation policy.  If you subscribe to such a plan and you decide to cancel at any during the commitment plan period, you will be charged the pre-determined early termination fee as specified in the plan offer terms.

In that case, this Agreement (and the Website and Apps Terms and Conditions as applicable) would continue to apply to your access to the Workshops provided by your Service Provider, Coaching and/or to the Website and Apps, to the extent that such access continues as part of your subscription.

Monthly Subscribers.

Monthly subscriptions created will not automatically cancel. If you would like to cancel a monthly subscription, you may do so at any time. However, please note that in order to not get billed for next month you must cancel before your renewal date. Once cancelled, you will no longer be charged going forward. Payments for the next billing cycle will not be refunded, so please make sure to cancel prior to your renewal date. If canceled on or after your renewal date, you will be charged for that month.

Annual Subscribers

Annual subscriptions created will not automatically cancel. If you would like to cancel an annual subscription, you may do so at any time. Please note, however, that you need to cancel prior to your renewal date to prevent the next year’s subscription from being processed and billed. Once cancelled, you will no longer be charged going forward. Payments for the next billing cycle will not be refunded, so please make sure to cancel prior to your renewal date. If canceled on or after your renewal date, you will be charged for a month (the standard amount that it is at date) plus a late cancelation fee of $25.

  1. Refunds:

Monthly Subscribers. Our fees, including the full monthly fee for any month (or portion thereof) elapsed (regardless of whether logged the Student onto the private facebook group, participated in the group, saw Facebook Q&A, downloaded PDFs), and any sign-up or registration fee, are non-refundable except as set forth below: (1)  If you are canceling your subscription within 5 days (or such other period as required by law) of your initial purchase, we will refund the full amount of such initial purchase. (2) If we cancel your subscription before your renewal date, you will not be charged for the next month. If you cancel your subscription, on or any days after your renewal date, you will be charged for that month.

Annual Subscribers.  Our fees, including the full monthly fee for any month (or portion thereof) elapsed (regardless of whether logged the Student onto the private facebook group, participated in the group, saw Facebook Q&A, downloaded PDFs), and any sign-up or registration fee, are non-refundable except as set forth below: (1) If you are canceling your subscription within 5 days (or such other period as required by law) of your initial purchase, we will refund the full amount of such initial purchase. (2) You will be prorated the amount minus the months elapsed (plus the full monthly fee for any month (or portion thereof) elapsed) and minus any promotion given to annual subscribers, in this case (Minus $45 for an additional month).
